Welcome to Belle Design

Belle Design is an established company specializing in handmade wedding and special occasion stationery, portraits and caricatures. For the past fifteen years I have specialized mainly in caricatures and portraits, which inspired the “Getting Hitched” range. What could be more personal and unique than a caricature of the happy couple emblazoned across their entire wedding stationery!

The “Perfect Day” stationery range came about after planning my own wedding back in 1998. I had my colour scheme, navy and gold, and naturally, EVERYTHING had to co ordinate within that scheme, and for the most of it, it did. Until it came to choosing my stationery. I, like most, sat through endless portfolios of printed stationery, disappointed and disheartened at the monotonous parade of creams and whites, settling for something close unaware of any other options available to me.

Three years later, my best friend is planning her wedding, facing the same frustrations co ordinating her colour scheme, and basically just wanting that something special, and a little different. So, whilst out on another inspiration hunt with her at yet another fair, it came......”I CAN DO THAT!” And I did! I started designing my own range of stationery, all handmade using some of the finest papers from around the world in as many colours as possible, so that I can offer that little bit more to make your stationery totally personal and unique to you.
